Writing workshop: Youth Vs Apocalypse and Chapter 510 will be having a writing workshop for youth to come together and take on what resilience as a community entails in the face of injustice. The writing workshop is FREE for youth ages 10-19.
Open Mic: Youth Vs Apocalypse and Chapter 510 will be hosting an open mic for Bay Area youth from the ages of 10-19 to provide the space to acknowledge and appreciate the power of resilience we share in our communities, especially when resisting the oppressive systems we are advocating to dismantle. Bring your poems, songs, speeches, verses, and more! If you have past experience performing or it's your first time on the mic we want to hear your words and voice!
